Go the distance for a serious deal. Off Mass Ave. in Arlington Center, this small taqueria has some of the best prices around. La Victoria serves familiar Mexican street food - tacos, burritos, quesadillas, tortas (Mexican sandwich), and platos Mexicanos (plates). Burritos are stuffed with Mexican rice, beans, pico de gallo and one filling. The plato Mexicano comes with the same sides presented with a dollop of sour cream and a drizzled avocado-based crema. Guacamole is available to add. To note, they serve some adventurous fillings including pork skin/meat and beef tongue. Menu also includes "black-board" specials with additional meats available. The Mexican sausage packs flavor and medium spice and the beef barbacoa (on special) is tender and zesty.
