Pleasant and inviting atmosphere. Friendly service. Pan-Asian cuisine on Brighton Avenue in Allston. A little bit of Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, and Japanese. Extensive menu of bubble tea and shaved ice. The rice plates (bento) are the bulk of the menu. Tasty salt & pepper fried chicken bites are crunchy and not greasy and compliment the simple sides of corn, basil, and broccoli nicely. The white rice is served with pork meat sauce, like a gravy. Several choices of Korean bibimbap in the hot stone pot. The pot comes extremely hot. The fish cake with kimchi is pleasant with a heaping portion of fish wedges, almost the consistency of harder tofu, mild kimchi, bean sprouts, carrot, and tons of steamy white rice. A beautiful rare egg sits atop. Handle with care and stir vigorously to not burn the edges and further cook the egg. Mix in the desired amount of hot red chili sauce.
