Sandwich names are fun and, as one could expect in the sandwich world, pay homage to the great Katz's Deli in New York City. If you are coming at a peak time, expect a wait. Samples of salami passed around as you wait in line. And why not grab a Dr. Brown's while you are at it. Revers' Ultimate Italian is piled with house-made salami, coppa (capicola), lomo (another type of pork), bologna, and pickled peppers on a chewy and slightly crusty roll. The peppers provide the texture contrast to the peppery meats for an element of acidity.

As one could expect, The Katz has pastrami to represent the New York deli's main attraction. The pastrami is hot, tender, and slightly chewy with lots of melted swiss cheese, plenty of mustard with pickle chunks, on crispy toasted signature rye bread.
