Wu Er (WOW Barbecue)

Bridging from the WOW Barbecue food truck (no longer), Malden and now Brookline Village both have those meaty skewers plus some spicy fish. Grab an assortment of meat skewers (vegetable also available). The lamb is the highlight with a charred cumin spice. Chicken and beef are pleasant for the less adventurous. Why not try some earthy lamb kidney or beef neck for a unique experience. For entrees, split the chili crab or the whole fish. In the work for your meal category, the chili crab is a bit tricky to tackle but sweet and spicy once you find the meat. Whole crabs are cut into two pieces for easier management. Taste the roe from the shell and crack open the body for the juicy crab.
